About PTCE Inc.

PTCE is a tribally chartered corporation of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, located in Tacoma, WA. We are organized into three business units supported by an administrative staff. Our business units include:

• Commencement Bay Cannabis (CBC) currently operates four cannabis retail locations throughout Tacoma and Fife. The first store opened in February 2017 with subsequent store openings in 2019, 2020, and 2021. We serve a wide variety of customers and offer a broad selection of cannabis products at the best prices in the area.
• Medicine Creek Analytics (MCA) is our Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) licensed and approved analytical laboratory capable of performing, amongst other things, state-required cannabis compliance testing, conducting research and development testing for cannabis producers/processors, and supporting testing for the CBD/Hemp industry. MCA opened for testing in 2016.
• Prismatic Brands is our state-of-the-art cannabis extraction and processing facility, which opened for operation in 2021. We produce our own PTCE-owned brands/products and sell them at our CBC stores as well as other licensed cannabis stores in the WA market.
