PAYMENT POLICY:

American Express®, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and checks are accepted. Please make all checks payable to Native Nation Events, LLC. In the memo of the check, please write the name of the event and the event attendee. All checks must be received by the applicable deadline date or no later than five (5) business days prior to the conference. If you submit your registration within seven (7) days of the start of the event, including the start date, only credit card payment will be accepted. Native Nation Events, LLC is not responsible for any other costs associated with attending the event.

Early Bird Rate: Payment must be received in full before the early bird date expires to receive the discounted rate – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Group Rate: All registrations must be submitted at the same time to receive the discounted Group Rate. Group Rate cannot be combined with other discounts.

Prices include all meals during functions. Meals are for registered attendees only.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

Cancellation must be made in writing and received no later than two weeks, 14 business days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Any fees paid minus a $100 administrative processing fee will be applied to a credit voucher of equal value, good for twelve (12) months from the date of the event. It is transferable to someone from the same tribe or company. Credit vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers. Cancellations received less than two weeks, 14 business days prior to the start of the conference will not be eligible to receive a credit voucher. In the event that Native Nation Events, LLC cancels or postpones the event due to an act of God, declaration of war, act of foreign enemies, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, one or more occurrences that could directly impair travel or any other event that directly or indirectly causes the cancellation or rescheduling of the conference, any registration fees paid will be applied to the rescheduled dates. If you are unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date,  Native Nation Events, LLC retains the right to issue a credit voucher for a future Native Nation Events, LLC conference within the following twelve (12) months. Native Nation Events, LLC is not responsible for any other costs associated with attending the conference.

NAME CHANGE FEE:

Name changes for a registration from the same organization (i.e. sending a replacement attendee) may be made up to five (5) business days prior to the conference without a fee. A processing fee of $100 will be charged for every name change made to an existing registration within one week of the conference and on-site.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER POLICY:

Native Nation Events, LLC reserves the right to use any photograph and/or video taken at any event sponsored by Native Nation Events, LLC. By attending the event, you are consenting to the use of your likeness in publications and other materials produced, used or contracted by Native Nation Events, LLC, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media and any other electronic formats. Any person who wishes to not have his or her photo taken and/or distributed must contact us at marketing@nativenation.tekark.com in writing and express his or her refusal. For identification purposes only, a photograph must be included with the written refusal, which will be held in confidence.
