In 2000, our founders set out to establish a people-focused general contracting firm.

In the years that followed, PENTA has provided construction services on nearly $9 Billion worth of projects in multiple states. PENTA has delivered some of the most challenging projects in the last two decades.

An ENR Top 100 company and AGC Nevada’s 2020 Contractor of the Year, PENTA has thrived through two market downturns to become a strong, diverse organization who gives back to our employees and partners.

As a relationship-based construction manager, PENTA delivers over 90% of our projects in a CMAR or Design-Build format, joining a development team early and collaboratively working from preconstruction to close-out, achieving our client’s goals. This success only comes from close working relationships with trade partners during preconstruction AND construction. Applying this approach to our projects is one of the reasons we have grown into a nationally recognized general contractor.

A proud highlight and a testament to our relationship-based approach is our track record of zero instances of formal litigation with any client. Our secret: we live out our culture as a team player and a problem-solver – rather than a problem finder.

With offices in Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California, PENTA’s story of successful projects spans a variety of market segments across these regions, with a focus on hospitality construction.
