Sherri Sam-Chouteau is the first Prevention Support Services Program Coordinator for the Delaware Tribe of Indians in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. With deep roots in the Shawnee and Mississippi Choctaw nations, she brings cultural insight and personal dedication to substance abuse prevention. Sherri has led the Tribe’s efforts to address behavioral health challenges and introduce diverse sobriety models, fostering healing in the face of historical trauma.
