He has more than 25 years of experience with specialized expertise in organizational effectiveness and in creating high-performing organizations. Mr. Nostaja leads the firm’s Organizational Effectiveness Practice and provides a wide range of services to clients including strategic planning and initiatives involving organizational, operational and cultural transformation.
