Rob Ryan is Leonardo’s Senior Business Development Manager and Law Enforcement Liaison. He has over 32 years of law enforcement experience as a police officer with the Norman Oklahoma police department and federal narcotics agent with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. Ryan supervised the Oklahoma City DEA Task Force in DEA’s Dallas Division and was the HQ Unit Chief over DEA’s National License Plate Reader program before joining Leonardo/ELSAG in 2019. His law enforcement areas of expertise include complex conspiracy cases, electronic surveillance/wiretap investigations, meth lab safety and investigation, CS management and undercover operations. His LPR expertise centers around the proper use, deployment and management of LPR’s and the development of LPR programs, training and policy.
