Early in Peter Hixon’s Human Resources career he became involved with two large casino expansion projects which rapidly pushed him into the world of Casino recruiting. He then had a long stint as Benefits Administrator before joining the ranks of tribal government management. Throughout his career he has gained significant experience with recruiting, benefits, HRIS, employee relations and some compensation experience. Peter is currently the Human Resources Director of the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe located in Auburn Washington, where he is helping bring compassion, respect, and empathy back into Human Resources.
