Paula is a tribal Citizen of the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe in Sequim WA, and is passionate about formulating programs for Tribes that focus on relationships with guests and co-workers rather than the mechanics of the job. She has initiated and created several leadership and medical programs within the Tribe and has even created the Tribal Guest service Training Department from the ground up.
