In 2022 Paul was asked to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Quechan Casino Resort and Paradise Casino where he will leverage his tenured experience in gaming finance.

Paul has also written several articles for Indian Gaming Magazine as well as CFO Tech Outlook. Paul has been a speaker at several conferences, with topics ranging from fraud to casino marketing. Paul was also featured in a piece by Vision magazine, which discussed his management philosophy and accomplishments.
