Executive Director of Human Resources | Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma

Nate is a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (CNO) and has successfully served the CNO for 22 years.  During his tenure, he served as Managing Officer of Choctaw Global Staffing, a wholly owned business of the CNO specializing in federal contracting opportunities for multiple agencies worldwide. Nate led the strategic planning and implementation of new federal contracting endeavors with an executive project management team successfully executing 30+ contracts.  His primary duties as Managing Officer included supervision and guidance of over 1100+ employees spanning 48 US states and 11 countries on a global level. Nate was then promoted to the position of Executive Director of Human Resources for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. As the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (CNO), he is responsible for all Human Resource related support for nearly 13,000 seasonal associates for all divisions of the CNO as well as approximately 225,000 tribal citizens. He has led his senior management team to supporting the success of several tribal ventures to include multiple gaming constructions and operations, healthcare facilities, childcare facilities, and various other commerce ventures.  Nate is also a retired military officer with 28 years of service formerly serving in the U.S. Army Reserve as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the 95th Training Division in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
