His expertise spans all aspects of casino operations, including tables games, slots, guest services, marketing, finance, and compliance with state, tribal, and national gaming regulations. He has successfully developed training programs, implemented operational improvements, and enhanced profitability at major gaming establishments like Pechanga Resort Casino, Turtle Creek Casino Hotel, Fortune Bay Resort Casino, and WinnaVegas Casino Resort.
