Hailing from Massachusetts, Matthew’s passion for gaming ignited during his youth, learning card games from his father. His journey into the gaming industry began in 2009 at Eureka Casino, where he rose from Food and Beverage Manager to Operations over five years.

In 2015, Matthew started a new chapter and joined the eConnect Global team. Here, he started working with many surveillance teams throughout the country. In 2019, he championed facial recognition for gaming security, harnessing the power of data-driven facial recognition to address the complex security challenges. With over a decade of hands-on experience under his belt, he has collaborated with some of the largest and most influential Gaming and Hospitality companies in America.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Western Regional Sales, his proficiency extends beyond conventional salesmanship, encompassing a profound understanding of Facial Recognition technology, and strategies, to help guide his clients towards a comprehensive security solution and help make informed business decision.
