Mark has over 30 years of experience as an attorney representing American Indian tribes across the United States. Over the past 10 years Mark has represented tribal governments in the development and regulation of cannabis enterprises in several states, and more recently represented the State of Minnesota in the negotiation of tribal cannabis compacts. Mark represents tribal governments in areas of general tribal governance, and a wide variety of economic development and financing matters. Mark also represents The Mission Within, an Ibogaine treatment clinic in Mexico that is seeking to bring this psychedelic medicine to tribes in the United States.
