
Lynn Faraca-Bond
Senior Vice President of Human Resources | San Manuel Band of Mission Indians
In this newly created role Lynn will oversee all enterprise human resource functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Infrastructure and Talent Management. As Senior Vice President she will be integral to driving forward HR’s mission to guide progress and develop people. Lynn will be responsible for developing and delivering the people management strategies that support the Tribal community objectives and strategic priorities of the Tribe.
Lynn has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience in the banking, insurance, aerospace and consumer packaged goods industries. Throughout her career, she has had increasing levels of responsibility across HR functions. Her well-rounded HR leadership experience includes Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, HR Operations, Recruiting, Succession Planning and Talent Management, including Labor Relations.
Lynn joined San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in December 2015. In the five years she has been with the enterprise, she has overseen the successful implementation of Workday and major enterprise compensation and benefit programs. Lynn is the Human Resource lead for Yaamava’ and has been critical to the hiring and workforce strategy for the expansion. Lynn’s analytical mindset, record of achieving results, and commitment to the Tribe’s vision, mission and values made her the ideal candidate for this role.
Lynn holds a Bachelor’s of Finance from Franklin Pierce University. Additionally, she is a Six Sigma Green Belt and received her certification in Project Management from George Washington University. Outside of work, Lynn, her husband Steve, and sons Justin and Hunter, enjoy outdoor activities particularly golf and baseball.
