Ms. Charging serves as counsel to various tribal governments and corporations where she focuses on empowering tribal entities to both utilize and protect their sovereignty and resources in a thoughtful and strategic manner. She believes in solution-based approaches that lay the foundation for successful tribal economic development projects. She has also assisted tribal clients with corporate planning and structure, navigating every aspect of new tribal entity formation as well as restructuring the same. She additionally focuses on government contracting matters including tribal 8(a) certification, and corporate regulatory compliance issues related to hemp and cannabis.
