Lena McQuary has been the Director of Human Resources at the Downstream Casino Resort for the past two out of eleven years that she has been an HR professional. As a certified Tribal Human Resources Professional she is particularly experienced in areas of tribal development and growth. McQuary was recently awarded HR Leader of the year from the NNAHRA, and is currently getting her Masters Degree in Human Resources and Strategic Management Cognate.
