Le Trozzo’s recruiting passion was sparked while still in high school as a clerk for an OJT office within the Navy, Marines, and Army Recruiting post. She had no idea at the time that it was teaching her the lessons of recruiting and that she would carry that same passion today – if not greater. Le currently serves Indian Country, assisting the Maniilaq up in Kotzebue, AK; and other organizations around the country in finding top talent, as well as doing onsite training for new recruiters.
