Clinic Operations Administrator | Citizen Potawatomi Nation Health Services

Lauren Bristow is the Clinical Operations Administrator at Citizen Potawatomi Nation Health Services. In her current role, Lauren is responsible for the operational management of numerous tribally owned multi-specialty clinical facilities. Lauren has worked in the health care field for over 10 years, with prior experience in academic medicine and Native American outreach clinics.

Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in health care administration and subsequently a master’s in health care management from Wayland Baptist University. In addition, Lauren holds advanced certifications through the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Professionally, Lauren champions operational excellence, through process and quality improvement, efforts in the reduction of health care disparities in native populations, and community outreach.

Lauren is a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and a descendant of the Toupin family.
