Juan Baca is the Vice President of Security/Entertainment at Sycuan Casino Resort. He directs security operations as well as safety, claims and entertainment/theatre, and has a knack for integrating security and safety into casino operations to provide the highest level of guest service. Prior to Sycuan, Juan worked for Sandia Resort and Casino as the Chief of Security and Guest Services. He worked his way from the officer level to the Chief. Along the way, he was able to learn the gaming/hospitality business and has helped in the success of two major properties.
