Joe Scibetta is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah’s Oklahoma, bringing more than 30 years of gaming and hospitality leadership experience. He began his career in Las Vegas in 1995 as a Sportsbook Writer and quickly advanced through a variety of operational, marketing, and guest service leadership roles with Harrah’s Entertainment, including positions at Showboat East Chicago, Harrah’s Rincon, Rio Las Vegas, and Harrah’s and Flamingo Las Vegas.

In 2009, Joe joined Rush Street Gaming, where he spent 15 years helping develop, open, and operate five Rivers Casino properties. Rising to Vice President of Development & Operations, he played a key role in project development, construction oversight, operational readiness, and brand execution across the growing portfolio.

In 2025, Joe returned to Caesars Entertainment to lead the opening of Harrah’s Oklahoma. Under his leadership, the property successfully opened in April 2026, two months ahead of schedule.

Joe is known for his collaborative leadership style, operational expertise, and passion for building high-performing teams. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 30 years and have two daughters. Outside of work, Joe enjoys travel, live country music, golf, and cheering on the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills.
