Gary Murrey has been a gaming executive for over 30 years across the US and Canada. Gary started on the front lines working in most hospitality industry positions and eventually up to C-level positions for companies and tribes from many jurisdictions.

Working with teams as large as 3,500 and as small as five has given Gary great insight into the inner workings of the management/team member relationship. Balancing the employer’s needs with the team members’ desires is a constant balancing act that Gary has excelled at and has helped him create positive and dynamic workplaces for many Tribes and entertainment companies.
