Earl Pendleton is an elected member of the Lower Sioux Indian Community Tribal Council, serving in his third 4-year term, currently as the Tribal Treasurer. The Lower Sioux Indian Community, led by Treasurer Pendleton, has endeavored to create a “Seed To Wall” blueprint for sustainable housing development within the community.
