David Vialpando

David Vialpando currently serves as the Executive Director of the Pala Gaming Commission.  Mr. Vialpando serves as Vice-Chairman on the Board of Directors of the TGPN, and is a member of ACFCS, ACFE, and ASIS. Dave holds a BS in Business Management and an MBA and is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of California.  Dave has instructed undergraduate and graduate criminal justice courses for several public and private colleges and universities in southern California.
