David Brown
Project Director | Kitchell
David Brown is a Project Director at Kitchell with 16 years of experience delivering hospitality, healthcare, higher education, and public safety projects. Since joining Kitchell as an intern, he has advanced through field and leadership roles that shaped his hands-on understanding of quality, constructability, and the coordination required to deliver technically complex work.
David has helped deliver a range of projects for Native American communities, including the new 210,000 SF We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort, the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort Sportsbook, and outdoor community improvements for the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. His work for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community includes Journey to Recovery, the new Fire Station No. 295, and the River People Health Center Café & Conference Center.
Through these experiences, David has developed a thoughtful approach grounded in active listening, cultural respect, and an understanding of how each project supports a community’s broader priorities. He brings teams together, keeps decisions moving, and builds trusted relationships throughout planning and construction. David holds a degree from Arizona State University.
