Daina Pitzenberger

Daina has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse and has spent the past 15 years as a nurse planner and business developer for the architecture, construction and project management industry. She is an accomplished business development strategist with extensive experience in strategic account management.
Along with considerable healthcare expertise, Daina possesses experience in operations, compliance, ground-up capital projects, renovations, activation and transition planning. Her clinical experience includes acute care, academic medical center hospital with maternal child health and pediatric service lines. From starting as a floor nurse and moving to management, she possesses many lessons learned and regulation experience with regards to space planning healthcare facilities that are safe for patients and staff, efficient to manage patients and operations, and in the end drive down costs and positively improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
After 17 years of hospital experience, she worked for a national home healthcare and developed rural healthcare home healthcare. Daina also owned and operated an infusion company that developed a national pediatric and MCH platform. She worked closely with hospital development strategists and physicians to operate and grow a national HME franchise with a focus on cancer and chronic disease.
She has been involved in design and construction healthcare projects her entire career, which offers our clients a realistic approach and best practices when it comes to space planning and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
