Christer Farr is a Vice President of IT at Red Hawk Casino located in Placerville, California.

Christer has over 25 years of IT experience, 23 of which are with the casino, Thoroughbred, and lottery industries.  He joined Red Hawk in 2018 and prior experience includes, 15 years as the SVP of IT at a Premier Racino on the East Coast, and implementing iGaming in the First State.  Christer has also worked within the insurance and financial industries.  In preparing for IT roles Christer gained operational experience within the food and beverage industry which helped him bridge the gap between traditional IT methodologies and operational necessities in the competitive hospitality business.

Christer holds a Master of Business Administration and a BS in Information Technology. In addition, he is also CISSP certified.
