Charles Walters is the Sr. Director of Human Resources for the Isleta Resort & Casino in Albuquerque. New Mexico. He has over 25 years of experience in the HR industry and has spent part of that time in Hospitality and the Tribal Gaming Industry as a a Recruiting Manager, HR Director, and Executive HR Director. Charles is a retired military veteran and was just named by the New Mexico Business Coalition as the State’s Veteran of the Year. Charles has his degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management.
