Charles Farmer has been working in Human Resources for the Tule River Tribal Government for ten years, and is currently with the Tule River Tribe as Director of Human Resources for Eagle Mountain Casinos. In this position he uses his expertise to navigate all aspects of Human Resources. Charles has 20 years of experience in tribal gaming. He received his Gaming Management Series Certificate from the University of Nevada a well as a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
