Casey Kinner is a Senior Vice President for JLL’s Project and Development Services. With over fifteen years of experience in healthcare real estate, design and construction management, and program management, Casey has a proven track record of successfully managing all phases of complex projects.

His expertise spans from initial space planning to occupancy and project closure, and he excels in overseeing the overall delivery of projects, establishing clear goals, schedules, and budgets. Casey brings a wealth of knowledge in logistics, construction management, budgeting and estimating, and overall scheduling control.

Throughout his career, Casey has managed capital improvement programs for a diverse range of clients, including healthcare systems. He currently leads the project management team for Fishing Point Healthcare, a multifaceted healthcare system founded in 2023 by the Nansemond Indian Nation, a federally recognized tribe in Virginia.  Casey’s team has assisted Fishing Point in standing up 8 new clinics that offer Dental Care, Onsite Pharmacy, onsite Laboratory Services, Radiology (including X-ray and mobile mammography), Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy , Behavioral Health Services , Addiction Recovery Services.
