Camille Mercier

Chief Executive Officer | Spirit Mountain Casino

Camille Mercier is the Chief Executive Officer for Spirit Mountain Casino, where she has devoted the majority of her twenty-seven-year casino career.  She has extensive casino experience at three different casinos in three states.

Camille holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Atkinson School of Management at Willamette University and a bachelor’s degree from George Fox University.  She is proud to be an enrolled tribal member of the Confederated Tribes Grand Ronde, which is located approximately 30 miles west of Salem, Oregon.

Cultivating cultural awareness in our communities and workspaces helps to create effective communication, collaboration, and unity.  Camille hopes to leave a legacy that includes the understanding that all people matter and that self-sufficiency comes to people who have opportunities to learn, contribute and achieve their potential.

Camille lives in Salem with her husband and pets; she has one adult son who is employed as a police officer for the Grand Ronde tribe. In her spare time, she is a self-proclaimed closet artist working with various mediums, including beadwork and making traditional native regalia.
