Mr. Iyall is a Nisqually Tribal Elder and the Chief Executive Officer of Medicine Creek Enterprise Corporation where, in cooperation with the Board of Directors, he oversees the day-to-day management of enterprises owned by the Nisqually Indian Tribe including the Nisqually Red Wind Casino. Bob has a proven executive management track record and has successfully managed Tribal enterprises to provide maximum benefit to the Tribe.

Bob has been involved in Nisqually economic development since 2009 when he was appointed, by Nisqually Tribal Council, to the Shareholder’s Committee. In 2011, Bob was appointed as one of the original members of the Nisqually Board of Economic Development. As a member of NBED, he assisted in the start-up and management of the Nisqually Markets and Nisqually Construction Services and became CEO in 2014. In 2017, NBED merged with MCEC to manage all Nisqually enterprises including the Nisqually Red Wind Casino, Nisqually Construction Services, Nisqually Markets, Nisqually Communications Services, Nisqually Post and Print, and Medicine Creek Cafe.

Bob is also Chairman of the Board for the Native American Economic Development Association, a consortium of Tribes sharing business ownership, and the Tribal Convenience Store Association, a non-profit trade organization developed to assist Tribes in helping each other succeed in the retail industry.
