Amanda Radusovsky, a Senior Project Manager on JLL’s Project and Development Team, brings extensive experience in managing fast-paced, high-budget projects. Her career in project management began in New York City, where she led large-scale interior projects, including BlackRock’s 1 million square foot office, recognized as the “NYC Project of the Year” by esteemed real estate professional groups.

After relocating to Virginia in 2023, Amanda partnered with the Nansemond Indian Nation to help bring healthcare facilities to life. Her collaboration with the Tribe has been instrumental in their overall business success, fostering seamless coordination and alignment among all stakeholders. Since the successful opening of the first clinic, Fishing Point Healthcare, in 2024, Amanda has expanded her portfolio to manage a variety of healthcare-related projects, including substance abuse, behavioral health and imaging suites.

Amanda’s expertise in project management, coupled with her commitment to financial precision and meticulous oversight, has been crucial in executing these vital healthcare projects.
