Elise Campbell

Elise Campbell is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise where she is responsible for oversight for all HR functions at four casino properties and a travel plaza. Elise has over twenty years in Human Resources and has expertise in developing, designing and managing the human resources functions with a broad range of knowledge and skills in an international capacity. She has worked in hostile and austere environments while providing guidance and recommendations to all key stakeholders. She has worked in a broad range of industries to include State Education, gaming/hospitality, aerospace, and government contracting with Department of State and Foreign entities. Elise obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Kaplan University and holds certifications in leadership development tools and assessments.
