Teresa Mandelin is Executive Director of Pima Leasing & Financing Corporation, a wholly owned Enterprise of the Gila River Indian Community formed to manage the Economic Development functions of the Community.  Ms. Mandelin has been a C-Suite Executive for over 10 years, having spent over 30 years lending with a focus on small business and community development.  Ms. Mandelin is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
