Tammy Anderson, MA FACHE is a visionary Healthcare Executive offering expertise in developing high-level organizational decisions and establishing strategic initiatives for results-oriented cultures leading to positive impact for both the patient and company.  Her expansive Federal Government experience, knowledge and contacts spanning Pharmaceutical, Medical Supply, Medical Device, Medical Capital Equipment, Medical Staffing and Healthcare IT Industries has led to extraordinary results including close to doubling revenue over a three-year period within the pharmaceutical segment as well as growing revenue while increasing gross profit within the medical device arena over the past several years.

Tammy is recognized as an innovative business partner, effective communicator and dynamic leader known for setting business goals to maximize revenue including profitability while providing bold solutions. Tammy has been able to help both BD and AstraZeneca become a partner of choice at VA.  Tammy has worked with the highest level of VA, Indian Health, Department of Defense and Federal Bureau of Prisons Leadership to form partnerships which positively impact patients, revenue and relationships.

Tammy sets examples on how to be a collaborative leader by partnering with cross-functional teams to research new business opportunities, assertive team performance leadership and strong fiscal management to meet financial expectations.

Tammy is considered an industry trailblazer through her dogged determination to find a way to serve federal patients with a passion for Veterans.  Through Tammy’s passion she has been able to maximize federal sector opportunities by creating new small business partnerships with Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.  These unique partnerships were a first for the branded pharmaceutical market.  Tammy carried her passion of supporting the Federal Government’s mandate to support small businesses to the medical device arena.  Tammy helped revamp the small business strategy, negotiate new contracts and develop work flows to ensure timely product and payment.

Tammy also serves her colleagues by participating as Chairwoman of AMSUS SM.  She also serves as a member of the Coalition of Government Procurement, NOVA, AVAHO, AFCEA and has participated as a speaker at various Federal Industry Conferences.  Tammy is also a Founding Board Member of CHIEF Miami.  Tammy has most recently begun to work on her Cybersecurity Expertise within the Federal Government as a necessary skill to ensure product access in the medical device and technology arena.
