Robert Livingston is the SVP of Corporate and Tribal Development as well as the General manager for Harrah’s Resort in Southern California. He has been employed  by Caesar’s Entertainment Inc. for over 31 years, giving him a full working knowledge of the casino/hotel business. Robert holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting.
