Mindi is a member of the Shoshone-Paiute Tribe of Owyhee, Nevada. She has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in gaming, and tribal administration in addition to working with non-tribal organizations. She finds working for tribes through Human Resources a meaningful challenge. Her Bachelors of Organizational Management from Whitworth University and Masters in Communication from Gonzaga University has given her the ability to help tribes move forward with their businesses and become top employers in their respective areas.
