Francisco “Chico” Carr

Francisco “Chico” Carr is from the Pueblo of Laguna and has been the Development Manager for the Pueblo of Acoma Housing Authority (PAHA) since 2015. During his twelve years working for the PAHA, initially as the Project Manager and currently as the Development Manager, he has overseen multiple rehabilitation projects, modernization projects, infrastructure development, and new home construction projects resulting in over 347 homes & families being served using multiple funding sources totaling more than $31.5 million. With the support of his wife, Sherri, their two adult children & their families which includes three grandchildren, he continues to use his education, training and skills to serve not only his Pueblo but all Natives to obtain safe and affordable housing.
